We have ten years of experience in R&D of solar modules and are familiar with solar cell and module technology. In Taiwan, due to typhoons, high temperatures, high humidity and other climatic influences, solar modules are often subjected to environmental pressures beyond the IEC certification conditions, and outdoor solar modules need to be comprehensively inspected on a regular basis to ensure the stability of the generating unit. Trained on extensive inspection data from local PV plants in Taiwan, the AI model is optimized for analyzing domestic PV plants and modules, enhancing the accuracy of aerial inspections.

Cloud Visualization System

The industry's first cloud-based visualization system was developed to store and present aerial inspection results, accessible via the IRUAV APP. Identified defects are visually highlighted on modules within the orthophoto for easy reference. Maintainers can use mobile devices and navigation functions to quickly locate issues, while maintenance logs record processing details. Supervisors can compare inspection data over time, enabling data-driven maintenance management.

Data-driven Maintenance Management

With eight years of experience in thermal image aerial photography of PV systems, the company has led the industry in introducing AI analysis and cloud vision systems, integrating them into a data-driven maintenance management service that can significantly improve maintenance efficiency, replacing ineffective I-V and Voc measurements, which not only saves labor costs for maintenance, but also enhances the efficiency of power generation.

Laboratory Testing Report

We maintain long-term cooperation with domestic solar laboratories. If a certain percentage of anomalies are found during a comprehensive thermal image aerial inspection, a small number of representative modules can be selected and sent to the laboratory to obtain a third-party report approved by the manufacturer.
