The AI model is trained and classified based on a large amount of real outdoor inspection data, making it highly suitable for analyzing both outdoor and indoor PV systems and modules. Cloud Visualization System
We have developed the industry’s first cloud-based visualization system to store and present thermal aerial inspection results, which can be accessed through the IRUAV APP. The visualization interface maps classified thermal defects onto module positions on the orthophoto, allowing engineers to quickly locate issues on-site using mobile devices and record actions through the maintenance log. Supervisors can review historical inspection comparisons via desktop, achieving data-driven O&M management.

Laboratory Measurement and Analysis
We have long-term collaborations with solar module testing laboratories certified by JET, UL, and TUV. When a certain proportion of anomalies is detected through thermal drone inspections, a small number of representative modules can be selected and sent to the laboratory for testing, allowing us to obtain third-party reports officially recognized by the manufacturers.
