IRUAV APP Instructions
Welcome Page
After logging into the IRUAV APP, users will be taken directly to the welcome page, which contains a map on the left and a form on the right, including the number of subscription points, search function and site list.

The Map Navigation section marks the location of all casework on Google Maps, and the controls available include:
- Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out, adjusting the map view to focus on specific areas as needed.
- If only part of the map is visible, press and hold the left mouse button, then drag to reposition and adjust the displayed area.
- When only part of the map is visible, the navigation window in the lower-left corner indicates the current visible range. You can also drag the position box within the navigation window using the left mouse button to adjust the displayed area.
- Hover the mouse cursor over the case icon to preview photos of the case. Left-click the icon to access the test results page.
The site list lists all sites with inspection data, labeled by site picture, name, and textual composition of capacity, and arranged in order from left to right, top to bottom, according to the date of inspection from the nearest to the farthest away, the controls available in this section include:
- Scroll down the menu and filter the sites by country, grid year, and module brand.
- Clicking on the case icon will take you to the test results page of the case, and the navigation hyperlink will open Google Maps to navigate to the location of the case.
Inspection Results Page:
The results page consists of an orthographic navigation section on the left and a table of results on the right.

The Orthophoto Navigation section presents an orthophoto of the case as a backdrop, and the location of thermal defects is marked by circular icons of different colors, with actionable controls including:
- Use the mouse to adjust the visual range, following the same navigation methods as in the map section of the cloud visualization system entrance page.
- Move the mouse over the hot defect icon to bring up a description of the hot defect and recommendations for handling it.
The test results form section lists all the information related to the test, including site information, test date, environmental conditions on the day of the test, aerial video recording, a list of hot defects detected during the test, and maintenance logs, etc. The bottom section also provides a tool button bar, and the controls available in this section include:
- PV plant drop-down menu: Allows you to select and switch between different PV plants.
- Inspection date drop-down menu: Enables selection of other records within the same plant.
- Defect type checkbox: Allows you to filter and display specific defect types on the orthophoto.
- Maintenance logs can be edited by users to add, delete, and modify content and dates.
- At the bottom of the toolbar are buttons that can be used to open the Historical Inspection Comparison Bar Chart, Download PDF Inspection Report, Download Aerial Time-Lapse Movie, Download Case Aerial, Download Ortho, Return to Previous Level, and System Logout functions.
Please note that the IRUAV APP is available for both computers and mobile devices, and the use of mobile devices with the system provides great convenience for finding problems on the spot.
