IRUAV APP is a Smart Solar O&M SaaS platform designed to support multi-role and multi-user collaboration, integrating solar site management, automated drone flight inspection, AI-powered thermal anomaly analysis, and O&M reporting. Service providers can create and manage customer and solar site information through the platform, while drone pilots can perform inspection missions and upload flight and inspection data. Customers can create and manage their solar sites, review inspection results, track O&M records, and download professional analysis reports. By integrating inspection, analysis, and O&M information in the cloud, IRUAV APP improves operational efficiency, continuously accumulates inspection and maintenance data for each solar site, and enables intelligent solar asset management and long-term O&M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As shown in the figure below, click \"IRUAV APP\" in the upper-right corner of the official website to enter the system homepage, then select [Request Access]. The account application form will appear. Users are required to enter their Name, Company Name, Language, Phone Number, Service Provider, Account Type, Company Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password. After verifying that all information is correct, click [Submit] to complete the account registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the \"Language\" field, three language options are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Traditional Chinese<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • English<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Japanese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Please select the service provider who is in contact with the user in the \"Service Provider\" field. The selected service provider will create the user's account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the \"Account Type\" field, users can choose from three options (1)\u2013(3). The Service Provider Admin (4) account type is configured by the System Administrator and cannot be selected by users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Drone Pilot. Please select \"Drone Pilot\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Solar users without flight teams, please select \"Entrusted User.\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Users who own or operate a solar power plant and have their own drone flight team should select \"Self-Inspection User\".<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Account approval typically takes up to two business days. Once approved, the system will automatically send a notification to the user\u2019s company email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
