Functional purpose

IRUAV APP is a multi-user Smart Solar O&M SaaS platform for photovoltaic systems. Drone pilots can upload flight inspection data through the platform, while customers can view Smart Solar O&M inspection results, download reports, and manage solar site information.

Registration Process

As shown in the figure, please click IRUAV APP in the top-right corner of the official website. After entering the page, select [REGISTER] to open the registration form. The registration form includes the following fields: Name, Company, Purpose, Language, Phone Number, Company Email, Password, and Confirm Password. After completing all fields, click [Submit] to send your application.

Please note that in the "Purpose" field, there are two options available for selection.

• Drone pilots, please select “Flight Data Upload.”
• Customers, please select “View Inspection Results.”

The “Language” field allows users to select the display language of the IRUAV APP. Three language options are available:

• Traditional Chinese
• English
• Japanese

To ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access, account registration is subject to manual review, which typically takes approximately two business days. The company email address provided will be used as the login account. Notifications will be automatically sent to this email once the account is approved or when inspection results are published. If you forget or need to change your password, please re-register a new account.

To ensure that users can use the services provided by the IRUAV APP with confidence, we hereby explain our Privacy Protection Policy. Please read the following content carefully.

• Scope of Application: This Privacy Policy explains how this system collects, processes, and uses the information provided by users within the system during the provision of services. This Privacy Policy applies only to the services of this system and does not apply to third-party websites linked through this system, nor to personnel who are not commissioned by or involved in the management of this system.
• Collection, Processing, and Use of Data: When you use the various functions and services provided by this system, the system may request that you provide necessary information according to the service requirements. Such information will only be collected, processed, and used for specific purposes and within the scope of the services provided. Unless required by law or with your written consent, the system will not provide your data to other users, nor will it use your data for purposes unrelated to the services.
• Data Security and Protection: To ensure the security of your data, this system adopts reasonable and necessary information security measures, including but not limited to: firewalls and intrusion prevention mechanisms, antivirus and anti-malware protection systems, access control and data protection mechanisms. All personnel who have access to customer data are subject to confidentiality obligations and are required to sign confidentiality agreements. In the event of any breach of confidentiality obligations, relevant responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If it is necessary to entrust third parties to provide services for business purposes, this system will require the entrusted parties to comply with the same confidentiality and information security obligations, and appropriate supervision and audit measures will be implemented.
• Data Access, Download, and Deletion: Users may log in to this system at any time to view and download the relevant data of their associated projects. Project data will be continuously retained as long as system storage resources permit. If data must be removed due to storage limitations or the expiration of the data retention period, the system will notify users in advance and proceed with data deletion in accordance with established procedures.
