IRUAV APP Account Registration

Instructions

IRUAV APP is a smart solar O&M SaaS B2B platform designed to support multi-role and multi-user collaboration for photovoltaic power systems. The platform integrates site management, drone inspections, AI-based thermal anomaly analysis, and O&M reporting functions. Service providers can log in to create and manage customer information, pilots can upload flight and inspection data, and customers can create sites, view inspection results, track maintenance status, and download professional analysis reports through the platform, enabling intelligent management and long-term maintenance of solar assets.

Application Process

As shown in the figure below, click "IRUAV APP" in the upper-right corner of the official website to enter the system homepage, then select [Request Access]. The account application form will appear. Users are required to enter their Name, Company Name, Language, Phone Number, Service Provider, Account Type, Company Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password. After verifying that all information is correct, click [Submit] to complete the account registration process.

In the "Language" field, three language options are available:

  • Traditional Chinese
  • English
  • Japanese

Please select the service provider who is in contact with the user in the "Service Provider" field. The selected service provider will create the user's account.

In the "Account Type" field, users can choose from three options (1)–(3). The Service Provider Admin (4) account type is configured by the System Administrator and cannot be selected by users.

  • Drone Pilot. Please select "Drone Pilot".
  • Solar users without flight teams, please select "Entrusted User."
  • Users who own or operate a solar power plant and have their own drone flight team should select "Self-Inspection User".

Account approval typically takes up to two business days. Once approved, the system will automatically send a notification to the user’s company email address.

Login failed message

  • Email doesn't match with records : Account not registered or under review
  • Invalid password: Account correct but password wrong
