On September 10, 2026, IRUAV participated in the Taiwan & Japan Business Matching event in Tokyo, Japan, organized by ITRI and J-PITA. IRUAV introduced its Smart Solar O&M solution to Japanese industry partners and shared practical applications of drone-based thermal imaging inspections, AI-powered thermal anomaly analysis, and the IRUAV APP cloud-based O&M platform.

In response to Japan’s growing shortage of O&M personnel due to its declining birthrate and aging population, as well as the increasing need for secondary-market transactions, asset evaluation, and long-term O&M of solar power plants, IRUAV integrates drone inspections, AI technology, professional and rigorous thermal anomaly analysis, and cloud-based management to significantly improve inspection efficiency and establish continuously traceable digital records for solar assets. These technologies and applications have also received positive recognition from Japanese industry professionals, helping operators better understand equipment conditions and thermal anomalies while providing valuable reference data for routine O&M, asset management, and the evaluation of second-hand solar power plants.

Going forward, IRUAV will combine its extensive practical experience in Taiwan with the local expertise of its Japanese partners to further strengthen Taiwan–Japan technical and business collaboration and promote more efficient and digitalized solar asset management.
